Privacy Policy

LeonaHomes collects information that visitors choose to provide and information that arrives automatically when the site is used.

• Name, email address and phone number entered on the signup or contact forms.
• Details about the home, its systems and appliances that are shared when requesting a plan.
• Messages sent through the contact form or by email.
• Browser type, device type, pages viewed and the approximate location that a web request reveals.

Information is used to set up and manage accounts, to prepare plan options that match the home described, to answer questions and to keep the site working properly.

Contact details may also be used to send plan quotes, renewal reminders and updates about an open service request, and, where consent has been given, marketing messages about home warranty plans.

Text messages are sent only to people who have given consent on the signup form. Service messages cover quote confirmations, scheduling alerts, request updates and renewal reminders. Marketing messages cover plan offers and promotions.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Information is shared only as needed to deliver the service requested.

• Plan providers receive the details required to quote and issue a home warranty contract.
• Service companies that host the site, send email or deliver text messages process data on behalf of LeonaHomes.
• Authorities receive information when the law requires it or when needed to protect the rights and safety of LeonaHomes or others.

LeonaHomes does not sell personal information and does not share it with outside marketers for their own use.
